To ensure fair scheduling for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and no-show policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. 2. No-Show Policy: After two missed appointments (no-show without prior notice), clients will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of the service. 3. Deposits: • There will be a $50 deposit requirement after two no show without prior notice events. • Deposits are forfeited in the event of a no-show or failure to cancel within the 24-hour notice period.
